Job responsibilities: Essential functions: - Conduct research and analyze customer needs to identify opportunities for food service products. - Develop and maintain a product roadmap for the food service market, ensuring that it aligns with company goals and objectives. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, manufacturing, project management, marketing, and sales to ensure successful product development and launch. - Define and prioritize product features and requirements based on global customer needs, regulatory requirements, and market trends. - Develop and execute go-to-market strategies to ensure successful product adoption and growth, including pricing strategies, product positioning, value proposition and communication plans in collaboration with the marketing team. - Analyze customer feedback and make recommendations for product improvements. - Maintain a deep understanding of the competitive landscape and market trends in the refrigeration industry, specifically food service. - Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, including cross-functional teams, global cold chain product management, senior management, and external stakeholders, including customers and partners. - Formulation of business cases and product high level requirements for newproduct proposals. - Execution of tactical plans with the Sales organization. - Management of the food service product portfolio and lifecycle Required qualifications and experience: - Bachelor/Master’s degree in Electronics, Mechatronics Engineering or a related field - 3 years Product management experience preferably in the refrigeration industry - Expertise and knowledge of electronic controls - Customer-oriented, interpersonal and execution skills - Fluent in Italian and in English, 3rd language is a plus Professional Competencies: - Customer Focus - Decision Quality - Drives Vision & Purpose - Cultivates Innovation - Communicates Effectively - Business Insight - Collaboration
