Experteer Overview
In this role, you will grow Pepperl+Fuchs' Mobile Communication business in Italy by winning new projects and expanding existing customers. You’ll work closely with end users, EPCs and channel partners to create long‑term value and position Pepperl+Fuchs as a reference for industrial ATEX mobile solutions. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to drive solution‑based sales in a complex market. This is a hands‑on, field‑facing role with a strong focus on strategic account development and partnerships.

* Develop new customers and applications for Mobile Communication
* Convert competitor accounts and drive CAPEX opportunities
* Build and execute territory & account development plans
* Manage selected strategic customers end-to-end and coordinate internal teams
* Build business plans with partners and enable them through joint visits and training
* Promote the full Mobile Communication portfolio through solution selling
* Maintain accurate Siebel CRM pipeline, forecasts and report market trends
* Plan and execute local sales & marketing activities
Responsabilità
* B2B sales / business development or technical sales experience (preferred)
* Background in industrial, automation, telecom, IT or ATEX markets (a plus)
* Languages: Italian (mandatory), English (working proficiency)
* Ability to work independently in the field and engage engineers and decision makers
