Experteer Overview
In this role you will drive the Kitchen business in the GDO channel, managing strategic trade partners and maximizing opportunities for built-in and freestanding products. You will nurture relationships with key accounts, ensure top-level customer service, and lead regular business reviews with internal stakeholders. You will monitor orders, resolve issues, and take a proactive approach to account management across Italy. This is an influential, cross‑functional role focused on growth, collaboration, and customer‑centered execution.

Responsabilità
- Bachelor's degree in Economics or related field
- 3 years of experience in Built‑In Domestic Appliances
- Clients’ management skills
- Sales and business development experience
- People management experience (coaching, development, motivation)
- Familiarity with Built‑In Consumer Goods markets
- Established relationships with large customers and retailers
- Excellent organization and time management; multitasking
- Languages: English and Italian fluency
- Willingness to travel within Italy
