We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager, Software who combines technical understanding with strategic commercial thinking to support the market success of iCare’s growing software portfolio, including the iCare Altius platform for data management and a range of advanced digital and AI-enabled applications. In this role, you will work at the intersection of product development and commercial teams, translating complex software capabilities into clear value propositions, scalable pricing models, and effective go-to-market strategies. You will help position iCare’s software solutions in the market, support commercial teams with compelling messaging and materials, and contribute to the evolution of iCare’s digital business by shaping how software capabilities are packaged, communicated, and delivered to customers. Key activities & responsibilities This is a highly strategic, market-facing role — your work alternates between leading go-to-market launches across teams and shaping the strategy behind them: market research, value proposition, pricing logic, and pre-launch preparation. Roughly half your time is spent directly with external stakeholders.
Define target markets, priorities, and strategic vision for the software portfolio Own the clinical and economic value proposition and pricing logic, including SaaS/recurring revenue models Evaluate and optimise the sales channel set-up for software Define go-to-market strategy and launch sequencing Conduct customer interviews and surveys; monitor market dynamics and propose corrective actions Bridge between product development and commercial teams
What are we looking for? You are a great match if you have:
Academic degree in Biomedical Engineering, Informatics, Computer Science, Electrical or Management Engineering, or similar Experience managing SaaS products Strong analytical thinking; able to translate analysis into actionable business decisions Experience in complex, cross-functional, international organisations Business-oriented mindset Willingness to travel up to 50% globally Strong interpersonal and influencing skills
