Sales
Our Sales teams help to deliver Vestacy's purpose by building shared success with our customers, making access to the highest quality brands possible in-stores and online.
Within Sales, we're focused on achieving outperformance across all our channels, operating in highly competitive categories. This focus results in a dynamic, fast paced environment where cross functional teams are encouraged to collaborate to achieve success.
We have hundreds of salespeople across the world, within market roles and ranging in areas like Field Sales, Key Accounts, Trade Marketing and Category Development.
About the role
The National Account Manager (NAM), reporting to the Head of Channel, is responsible for executing customer strategies that drive profitable revenue growth while optimizing net working capital. The role focuses on accelerating category growth within key customers, building strong partnerships, and delivering best-in-class omnichannel execution. The NAM will collaborate closely with a cross-functional team—including Trade Marketing, Finance, and Supply—to ensure a customer-centric approach and elevate partnerships with our clients.
Your responsibilities
* Ensure the achievement of business KPIs and objectives through effective negotiation and management of commercial agreements with the customer.
* Deliver on sales targets and objectives.
* Drive the optimal category mix within the company portfolio to maximize customer profitability.
* Collaborate closely with Marketing and Trade Marketing teams to develop and implement tailored Category and Trade Plans for the customer.
* Design and execute customer-specific promotional plans.
* Identify new business opportunities to enhance efficiency and profitability across categories.
The experience we're looking for
* Education: Degree in Economics.
* Experience in Sales within an FMCG company, managing key customers with significant complexity and revenue responsibility.
* Additional Skills: Previous experience in Marketing or Trade Marketing is considered a plus.
* Languages: Fluency in Italian and English.
