ABOUT THE JOB
We are hiring a IT & Operations Project Manager in our Turin Office!
As IT & Operations Project Manager, you will be part of the Back Office area within the IT & Operations Team, reporting directly to the Head of the IT & OPS Department.
YOUR ROLE
The candidate will mainly handle the following tasks:
* Promote and ensure the implementation of initiatives approved by Management to improve operational activities (in coordination with the IT office).
* Coordinate the preparatory and ongoing steps for deploying new processes/products or refining existing ones approved by management.
* Manage approved projects through all phases: initiation, planning, execution, and closure, ensuring timely completion within budget. This includes resource balancing, timeline setting, risk management, fostering collaboration, and aligning projects with business goals.
* Monitor stakeholder satisfaction through project performance evaluation, utilizing performance indicators and dashboards to identify and address issues proactively.
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
Education, Experience & Skills:
* Degree in Management Engineering or equivalent.
* Strong data management and analytical skills.
* Teamwork orientation and result-driven mindset.
* Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask.
* Attention to deadlines and compliance.
* Problem-solving skills and customer focus.
* Leadership and effective communication abilities.
* Proficiency in Office, PowerBI, and SQL Server (preferred).
* Fluency in English.
