Job Description: The Impact You’ll Make in this Role As a Sales Specialist for Flexo Tapes at 3M Italy, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by: - Partnering with channel teams to execute growth initiatives, strategies, and programs - Translating division strategies into accountable partner plans, clearly articulating the flexo tapes value proposition, delivering regular territory updates - Aligning with product managers and leveraging prepress houses and industry associations to extend reach - Working cross-functionally with marketing, technical service, pricing and supply chain to remove barriers and accelerate wins - Meeting or exceeding designated sales quota in the assigned territory - Effectively and consistently managing your opportunity pipeline, while conducting strategic planning for new opportunities and regular business reviews for key markets and end-user customers in the region. Your Skills and Expertise - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Printing Technology, Materials/Polymer Science, or related field - 7 years in B2B industrial sales - Current valid Driver’s license - Fluent Italian - Strong business English (written and verbal) - Strong track record of collaboration and cross-functional teamwork - Customer-first, outcomes-oriented, organized, and reliable under deadline Preferred qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include: - 4years of Flexographic Printing or Printing Industry experience - Experience articulating value propositions and system-selling and product demonstration experience - Experience developing and managing key accounts on a large geographic territory - Established network with Italian converters/printers, prepress houses, and OEMs Job specifics: - Location: Italy - Travel: May include up to 70%, regular travel across Italy to visit customers - Working pattern (full time) Does this opportunity and our innovative 3M culture align with your career aspirations?
