- Use our CRM and other systems to provide accurate and actionable forecasts

- Analytical and demonstrated ability to extract key business insights through data analysis

- Provide insight to the Head of Sales on sales motions, individual sales rep performance, and trends

- Build and help to standardize business reporting for strategic analysis and internal business review

- 3-5 years of experience in Sales Operations
- Experience in running every aspect of Sales Operations
- Serve as primary system administrator
- Provide strategic recommendations on how to make the best use of the internal software to optimize scalability
- Working directly with the CFO, you will create incentive plans to drive continued revenue growth
