We are seeking an Account Executive to drive our commercial growth across the Italian market, with a base in Milan. You will be responsible for identifying and closing new business opportunities with enterprise and mid-market clients, leveraging Contents' AI platform to support their digital transformation. This is a high-impact role for a results-driven professional who thrives in fast-paced environments and has a strong understanding of the Italian business landscape.
Key Responsibilities

* Own the full sales cycle across key accounts in Italy
* Build and manage a strong pipeline through outbound activities, events, referrals, and partnerships
* Deliver compelling presentations and product demos to both technical and business stakeholders
* Develop tailored commercial proposals in collaboration with pre-sales and product teams
* Negotiate and close deals, ensuring alignment with company targets and strategy
* Collaborate with marketing and leadership on go-to-market initiatives for Italy
* Maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor
Join Us If
* 3–5 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales
* Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
* Experience managing medium to long sales cycles
* Strong knowledge of the Italian market and business culture
* Existing network across industries such as retail, banking, telco, or manufacturing
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
* Fluent in English (mandatory); Italian or any other language is a plus
* Based in Milan or willing to relocate
Nice To Have
* Experience in MarTech, AI, or enterprise content solutions
* Background in high-growth startups or scale-ups
* Familiarity with AI-driven platforms or digital transformation projects
* Experience working with international clients or cross-border deals
