OverviewWithin our Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) team, we are looking for a talented D2C E-Commerce Intern to support driving e-commerce sales for our brands across 37 websites in 8 countries in Europe. As part of the HQ EU D2C team, you will take ownership of real projects and day-to-day challenges, learning the main methods and procedures related to the management of online sales while being supported by passionate teammates along the way.ResponsibilitiesYour responsibilities will includeManage day-by-day activities to ensure the proper working and continuous updating of the online sales tools, in line with the defined commercial strategies.Help in developing the new commercial Strategies to align performances with shared goalsMonitor key sales KPIs by product category — quantities, turnover, margin rate and margin value — and prepare regular performance reports for the management team.Analyze web traffic, conversion funnels and consumer behavior using web analytics tools to derive actionable insights, build dashboards and identify growth opportunities.Monitor product availability and coordinate with logistics, supply chain and operations teams to ensure inventory alignment with demand, on-time order fulfillment and minimization of stock-outs across the D2C channels.Improve Logistics Operations through new suppliers onboarding and rates improvement.Understand consumer profile and behavior and conduct competitive benchmarking across European D2C players to identify new growth opportunities and best practices.Participate in the definition and execution of online product launch strategies, supporting content readiness, pricing and promotional plans.Drive cross-functional projects, monitoring progress versus critical metrics, supporting task coordination and ensuring alignment with business priorities.Support the coordination and management of relations with key internal and external stakeholders (commercial, marketing, logistics, customer service, external partners).Currently studying a Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Management, Marketing or related fields; prior experience or significant project work in E-Commerce is considered a strong plus.Analytical and data-driven mindset, with advanced knowledge of Microsoft SuiteFamiliarity with e-commerce platforms and web analytics tools is considered a plus.Fluent English (written and spoken) is mandatory; fluency in Italian is considered a plus.QualificationsCurrently pursuing a Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Management, Marketing or related fields; prior experience or significant project work in E-Commerce is a strong plus.Analytical and data-driven mindset with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Suite.Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and web analytics tools is a plus.Fluent English (written and spoken) is mandatory; fluency in Italian is a plus.What we offerYou can expect to gain so much more than a curricular full time 6-month internship:great business exposure and hands-on experiencefull accountability of your own projectconstant support and interaction with our managersmeal vouchers on workdayssmart, open space and hi-tech office environmentthe opportunity to work into the number one major appliance manufacturer in the world.Sounds interesting?Apply now!We are an equal opportunity employer.
