Position Title: (Snr.) Business Development Manager

Position Summary:
The (Snr.) Business Development Manager will develop new energy storage products and solutions, build relationships with partners, and support business expansion.
Responsibilities:
1. Understand customer needs and market trends to align product strategies.
2. Identify opportunities, prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and analyze bids.
3. Engage early adopters for testing and launching new products.
4. Conduct feasibility studies and develop new products or services.
5. Assess operational issues and stay current with industry trends.
6. Coordinate with internal and external teams to ensure product quality and schedule.
7. Manage product launches with marketing and sales teams.
Requirements:
* At least 5 years of experience in Energy Storage, Wind, or Solar industries.
* Proven business development track record.
* Decisiveness in product guidelines and execution.
* Understanding of financial reports and budgets.
* Entrepreneurial sales experience.
* Proactive, competitive, and driven personality.
* Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
* Critical thinking and analytical skills.
