Job Description
Summary:
Join the team at the Relais Chateaux Caesar Augustus Hotel, and contribute to creating an unforgettable experience for our guests. Caesar Augustus Hotels is looking for a dynamic and passionate Commis de Rang, ready to support our exceptional restaurant team.
Main Responsibilities:
Prepare and set up tables with attention to detail
Collaborate with the team to ensure impeccable service.
Ensure the work area is always clean and tidy.
Greet and assist customers with courtesy and professionalism.
Interpret the culinary needs of the clientele.
Sell the company's products and services.
Serve food and beverages to diners.
Clean and tidy the operational area.
Strictly adhere to hygiene and health standards.
Qualifications
We Required
Knowledge of food and hygiene.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Have a good command English
Knowledge of gastronomy, national and regional cuisine.
Knowledge of enology, wine and beverage service.
