Position Summary In conjunction with the EU market team, this position is responsible for the overall coordination, functional management, and leadership of sales activities in the assigned industries. Main applications include corporate events, concerts, touring, festivals, public events, broadcasting rental, virtual applications, mainly for Rental and Staging LED product lines for rental projects. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Develop and implement company strategies for business development in specific markets, focusing on opening new opportunities, generating leads, and meeting or exceeding targets. Identify new accounts to sell LED products and develop relationships with new and existing customers to expand sales. Direct sales forecasting activities and set performance goals in coordination with the EU team. Establish annual industry business plans, including target customer development strategies. Represent the company at conferences, exhibitions, and related promotional activities. Make daily business trips to develop relationships with rental/production companies, consulting/design firms, creative agencies, and professionals to promote the Absen brand, and coordinate with distributors by establishing sales territories, quotas, and goals. Stay informed about new products, services, and general information of interest to customers. Gather feedback from field activities and relay it to HQ, including product, marketing, sales, and service feedback. Prepare monthly industry situation reports and quarterly updates. Manage communication with customers and headquarters during project implementation. Other Duties and Responsibilities Host customer visits to China HQ. Participate in marketing events such as seminars and trade shows. Coordinate with the HQ sales team assigned to the EU market. Perform other duties as required or assigned. Required Education/Experience Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Marketing, or Business Administration. At least 5 years in B2B industrial sales, marketing, or project management, preferably in the AV industry. Over 3 years’ experience in projects related to this role’s markets with sales, marketing, and/or product management responsibilities. Specialized Knowledge/Skills Effective leadership, project management, and communication skills. Strong client orientation and problem-solving skills. Ability to perform under high-pressure environments. Language: Fluent written and verbal skills in German, English, Dutch, or Italian.
