Main activities Passive invoicing, drafting the first note and carrying out accounting activities to support the preparation of data for the accountant and for the preparation of the financial statements; Draw up monthly turnover reports; Make payments (suppliers, salaries) and maintain relationships with banks; Manage the relationship with external consultants (accountant, labor consultant, lawyer, auditing firm) and prepare the data and documentation required; Maintain relations with the President, the Members and the CEO; participate in the meetings of the Board of Directors, the Shareholders' Meetings and the periodic meetings of the Board of Auditors with preparation of the relevant minutes; Prepare the corporate documentation (activity report for the Board of Directors and Shareholders' Meeting) and provide support to the competent office for the drafting of documents relating to tenders; Management of dedicated personnel management platform (authorize attendance, monthly closings for salaries); Knowledge and ability to operate on the public administration electricity market platform. Requirements Fundamentals/Must haves Degree in economics or equivalent culture; Consolidated accounting/administrative experience preferably gained in service companies, foundations, cultural bodies; Excellent knowledge of the Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); Good knowledge of the English language.
