Experteer Overview In this role you apply clinical expertise and product knowledge to advance and close business opportunities in the tissue technologies space. You will work with regional and national sales leadership to meet territory targets and ensure smooth post-acquisition transitions for clinical practice changes. You'll assess and develop customer competencies and support the sales team with technical and scientific insights. You help grow hospital education, prevent misuse of products, and contribute to the company's visibility through professional engagement and field support. This position offers meaningful impact by shaping clinical adoption and outcomes in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
Retribuzione / Benefits Advance and close business opportunities to meet or exceed territory revenue targets
Strategic planning and targeting with Regional and National Sales Managers
Lead post-acquisition transitions to ensure smooth clinical practice changes
Assess and develop technical/clinical competencies of customers and assist in developing RSM competencies
Support sales agents with technical, scientific, and operational guidance
Prevent incorrect product usage through in‐servicing and hospital education
Educate hospital faculty to drive incremental sales and product adoption
Prepare technical/scientific documents for tenders and participate in hospital meetings
Attend operating room product demonstrations
Engage with national Tissue Technologies professional organizations to raise visibility
Responsabilità MSc in Biology, STEM faculties or Biomedical Engineering in Medical Devices (preferred)
Experience with burn/reconstructive surgeons and wound care specialists
Working knowledge of Tissue Technologies products (preferred)
Minimum 2 years related experience
Knowledge of plastic surgery and wound care procedures (burns, trauma, chronic wounds, oncology, DFU, nerve repair, reconstructive surgery)
Fluent in Italian and English
Strong cross‐function coordination and customer‐facing communication
Excellent listening, written and oral communication; strong relationship‐building
