Responsibilities

* Support the Digital team in daily activities, including coordination and management of content-flow and visibility plans of e-retailers.
* Deliver CRM communications to customers and partners.
* Optimize and manage the contents of the company's e-commerce platform to promote growth in traffic and sales.
* Manage the daily activities of digital channels in conjunction with agencies and headquarters based in Paris.
* Monitor digital, social, and CRM activations of competitors and e-retailers.
* Implement new digital tools and applications as needed.
* Provide ad-hoc analysis and reports to stakeholders.

Requirements
">
* Digital savvy with a curious attitude, entrepreneurial spirit, and problem-solving approach.
* Master's degree in marketing or economics, with previous experience in the beauty/luxury industry, digital teams, or agencies considered a plus.
* Excellent analytical skills and data-driven mindset.
* Excellent communication and relational skills.
* Desire to learn, proactivity, and ability to work in a team and independently.
* Good knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
* Fluent in English, with other languages a plus.
