Leon Cycle is an e-bike business that was established in Germany in 2014 and has since developed business operations in over 10 countries across Europe, North America and APAC. Leon Cycle offers a range of e-bike models from mountain bikes, folding e-bikes, and trekking e-bikes. Our range of products are sold via both our own online website as well as E-Commerce platforms and via our dealers and our own retail stores worldwide.
With strong growth and expansions in place, we are now seeking a Chinese speaking CEO Assistant based in Milan.
This role will require you to:
Report to CEO based in Suzhou global HQ, coordinate and support in local business operations issues from finance and accounting, supply chain, admin and some HR dutiesDaily / weekly communications with Suzhou HQ and CEO on sales and operational issues and topicsAct as the coordinator between Italy team and Suzhou HQ for all requests and approvals / decisions which requires CEO to take part in and/or approve/sign for.Collect sales data, update sales, finance and inventory reports, coordinate local operations with HQ functional teams (Global Finance, Global HR, Global Supply Chain) as and when needed and requestedRepresent HQ to ensure alignment of global SOPs and processes and policiesAny special adhoc tasks as and when requested by the CEO regarding all operational matters locally
Requirements:
Fluency in Chinese Mandarin, Italian and English8-10 years of working experience with a background in accounting knowledge and business operations, ideally in a trading or retail industry.Strong analytical abilityBachelor degree in businessStrong interpersonal skills and excellent multi-taskingHands on and expertise in ppt, excel and wordWillingness to learn about business operations and be open to new skills and tasks
