This role will require diligent customer account and relationship management and a focus on growing Keysight's market share, top line orders and senior level engagement.Keysight is looking for a proven experienced Sales Account Manager within the test and measurement industry to manage semiconductor major accounts in Italy and Austria. This individual will be responsible for growing the business and successfully implementing a business plan to develop accounts, gain market share, and propose business and technical solutions to meet customer’s stated and unarticulated needs.The successful candidate will be a highly motivated, independent, results oriented sales professional who is self-sufficient for most sales activities, including basic product demonstrations. As necessary, the individual will marshal and orchestrate Keysight resources to create and win business and drive customer satisfaction. Must be able to solve a broad range of problems of varying scope and complexity.This individual will be a leader, bringing internal teams together to execute our strategy for sustainable growth and responsible for a high level of customer satisfaction.Responsible for generating existing and/or new sales for assigned accounts.Interface with multiple customer entities from RD to ManufacturingPromotes and sells products and/or solutions to current or new customers and informs customers of new product introductions.Creates, monitors and revises lead generation plans.Responsible for developing customers and maintaining their satisfaction.Maintains positive ongoing long-term relationships with key customers.Proactively acts to understand customer needs and identify solutions to non-standard tasks/queries; actively creates business opportunitiesDetermines and develops approaches to sales assignments to achieve quota/ strategiesLeads projects requiring coordination with other functions, organizationsSolves a broad range of problems of varying scope and complexityGrow your funnel intake, manage opportunities, and complex issues requiring leadership and coordination with various organizations within the companyContinuously learn new products, applications, and technologiesDevelop and build long-term relationships and loyalty with customersQualificationsBS/MS in Electronics and Communications Engineering or relevant education.Requires at least 5-10 years of industry related experience in technical product sales.Account management experience in the electronic manufacturing market segment.Strong understanding of electronics test and measurements.Semiconductor, Digital and RF/Microwave background is strongly preferredStrong written verbal communication as well as sound business judgment, organization negotiation skills, be able to prioritize, do presentation problem solving, listening skills, sales experience, work remotely, strategy creation.Successful candidates will have a passion for continuous learning and ability to develop strong relationships with customers and internal team members.Demonstrated successful track record in achieving results and team leadership.Fluency in Italian and English is a must have.
