Metz Electronics Srl, the Italian branch of Skyworth Group, is looking for an: Online Sales Specialist (TV/White Goods)
You will be part of an ambitious, fast-growing, and international team. You will play a pivotal role in achieving ambitious sales goals supporting the business development across Italy.
MAIN RESPONSABILITIES:
SALES:
implement and support the development of comprehensive online sales strategies and plans (KPIs, budget, etc.) aligned with business objectives to drive online sales growth.
Develop strong relationships with key partners and stakeholders, including suppliers, vendors, and service providers.
Analyze business to determine shortfalls and develop action plans to improve performance of internet related sales.
Monitor and analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for improvement and drive business growth.
Apply industry best practices, emerging technologies, and digital marketing techniques to optimize the e-commerce website's performance.
OPERATION:
Analyze data, including web analytics and customer insights, to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance the customer experience and increase sales.
Analyze business to determine shortfalls and develop action plans to improve performance of internet related sales.
Develop reports on the performance of the e-commerce platform, including key metrics, sales trends, customer behavior, and campaign effectiveness.
Create and optimize product listings, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and keyword optimization to enhance discoverability and conversion rates.
We would like to meet passionate and motivated candidates with previous background in online sales field. Not afraid to work, for some topics, with a start-up mind-set.
KEY SKILLS:
experience of 2-3 years in online sales positions.
knowledge of Amazon platform and Home Appliance (TV) and/or White Goods field.
data- driven mindset, strong ability to convert sales data and market trends to strategies.
Fluent in Italian and English to communicate with Management and some team member.
