Luogo di lavoro: Novara (NO)For our client, an innovative and internationally active company specialized in data management, based in Novara, we are looking for a Business Analyst / Project Coordinator (Software).Role OverviewWe are looking for a Business Analyst / Project Coordinator to support the delivery of fintech and banking‐related custom software projects. The role focuses on requirements analysis, software delivery coordination and communication with development teams, acting as a key link between customers and internal technical teams. You will contribute to ensuring smooth execution of software projects, timely releases and alignment between business needs and technical implementation.Key Responsibilities
Support project planning, execution and monitoring of software development projects, coordinating activities between customers, developers and operations teams.Collect and analyze customer requirements, translate them into structured functional specifications and support the prioritization of development activities and project timelines.Coordinate the daily activities of Banking Operations and Banking Data Management teams to align with software delivery needs.Manage and track customer tickets related to software functionalities and issues, support backlog organization and ensure proper follow‐up with development teams.Act as an operational point of contact for customers on ongoing software projects, ensuring clear and continuous communication on requirements, progress and releases.Prepare project documentation, support testing and validation phases, coordinate releases and maintenance activities, and ensure compliance with internal quality standards and procedures.
Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Engineering, or Business Administration, Economics or Finance with a strong IT focus.At least one year of experience in software project coordination, software delivery or functional analysis roles, preferably in custom software development environments.Experience working with software development teams and familiarity with requirements gathering and functional analysis.Good understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).Hands‐on exposure to software development projects (not only IT operations or support).Familiarity with project management and ticketing tools such as Zendesk or Jira.
Skills and Competencies
Strong organizational and planning skills, able to manage multiple priorities in a software delivery environment.Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with both customers and technical teams.Analytical mindset, attention to detail, proactive problem‐solving attitude.Customer‐oriented approach and ability to manage ongoing interactions in dynamic project contexts.Fluency in English and Italian, both written and spoken.
What we offer
Permanent full‐time employment contract.Compensation and level to be defined based on experience, including bonuses and benefits.Work location: Novara (NO). During the onboarding phase, presence in the office is required approximately 3 days a week; afterwards, a hybrid working model is applied, with remote work and an average of 1 day per week in the office.
