Scodix is recruiting a Regional Sales Manager in Italy to promote sales and support revenue growth. You will manage customer relationships in your region and assist the VP Sales EMEA with daily sales tasks. Main Responsibilities : Develop and execute sales strategies. Manage existing customer relationships and identify new business opportunities. Track sales performance, prepare reports and provide insights. Assist in creating sales forecasts. Collaborate with marketing and product teams. Collect and communicate customer feedback to improve the product. Participate in training and mentoring of junior sales team members. Requirements Key Skills : 3-5 years of experience in sales / business development. Strong oral, written and problem-solving, communication skills, native Italian and professional English - a must. Analytical skills for market trends and data-driven decisions. Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce). Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or related field (preferred). Proven success in sales, ability to work in a team and independently. Industry knowledge and availability to travel - an advantage. Residency in Italy - a must.
