Executive Sous Chef de Cuisine / Head Sous Chef (m/f/d)
YOUR TASKS:
* Designs and plans the menu for guests
* Manages and motivates employees, prepares rosters
* Complies with quality standards and checks the quality of the food offered
* Plans and implements various specials together with the bar, restaurant, and F&B managers
* Supervises and maintains the kitchen in terms of cleanliness and tidiness
* Prepares the offerings for the F&B outlets, as well as their pricing
* Ensures optimum purchasing and ordering of food and runs efficient inventories
* Adheres to and reviews the ongoing kitchen budget and the labor costs for the department
* Ensures that power, gas, and consumables are used efficiently
* Ensures compliance with HACCP policies in the kitchen
YOUR PROFILE:
* Several years of work experience in the kitchen area
* Completed vocational training as a chef
* Experience managing and motivating employees
* Strong service and quality orientation
* Business and organizational skills and know-how
* Outstanding communication skills and a compelling and engaging demeanor
* A can-do attitude, hands-on mentality, and strong solution orientation
* Highly engaged
