PpLeads, coordinates and/or manages execution of marketing and commercial plans in Point of care area, identifies and executes opportunities for growth and share gain, and contributes to the development of a product/portfolio strategy including product positioning in Point of Care. /p h3Roles and Responsibilities /h3 ul liProvide technical and clinical information to customer by demonstrating the full range of product features and benefits (Ultrasound -point of care) /li liDevelop, coordinate and deliver product training to customers and internal team on software and applications of the GE Healthcare portfolio of scanners and post-processing workstation. /li liDevelop a network of strategic KOLs, promoting point of care portfolio /li liSupport trade shows and professional conferences by performing GE Healthcare product demonstration and workstation promotion as well as customer training. /li liSupport product launches and advise the sales force during acquisition. /li liWork closely with the Account Managers, as well as external distributors, during multiple phases of the sales and implementation processes, helping to raise and develop commercial opportunities /li liMonitor clinical trends, technologies and product introduction by competitors in order to help building commercial strategies and preference among customers. /li liUse product knowledge to assist commercial and marketing teams in developing sales tools. /li /ul h3Required Qualifications /h3 ul liMaster’s Degree in Biomedical Engineer or related. /li liExperience in medical diagnostic ultrasound devices market /li liEasy to establish relationship with people, open and flexible to work outside of the office. /li liWillingness to travel extensively within your specified geographic region as well as to nationwide for trainings, sales meetings and tradeshows /li liSolid problem solving skills (ability to manage and resolve conflict, communicate issues and propose solutions to both internal team members and external customers) /li liProven professional business acumen (experience interfacing with both internal team members and external customers as a part of a solution-based sales process) /li liSelf-motivated, willingness to take the initiative to identify opportunities for improvement and take actions to improve /li liTeam oriented with a customer satisfaction mindset /li liStrong presentation skills (public speaking and lecture experience desired) /li liAbility to communicate effectively using local language /li liClinical scanning skills in specific modality nice to have /li liFluent in English /li /ul pFor this application we also evaluate candidates who meet the requirements set out in the art. 1 or belonging to the protected categories referred to in art. 18 of law 68/99 /p h3Inclusion and Diversity /h3 pGE HealthCare is an Equal Opportunity Employer where inclusion matters.
