Responsibilities:
* Recruit and manage Seller relationships, championing their needs at Amazon.
* Manage and drive the growth of Sellers' businesses by expanding selection and capitalizing on key opportunities.
* Lead improvement initiatives and projects, including new product launches and relationship extensions, in collaboration with business development and onboarding teams.
* Collaborate with Sellers to enhance operational aspects and provide a great consumer experience.
* Identify prospects, communicate value propositions, and establish long-term partnerships.
* Track and report performance metrics to achieve productivity and satisfaction targets.
Basic Qualifications:
* B2.2 or C1 certification in Italian and a Bachelor's degree (preferably in Computer Science or Business) with 3+ years of relevant sales experience.
* Excellent communication skills in English, both written and oral.
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
* Interest in e-Commerce and online business.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, challenging environment with a passion for customer experience.
* Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.
* Creative and analytical problem-solving skills with a focus on operational excellence.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Same language certifications and degree as above, with an MBA preferred.
* Excellent communication skills and professional maturity.
* Strong computer literacy and interest in e-Commerce.
* Passion for operational excellence and working in dynamic environments.
