The Product Manager is also responsible for capturing feedback from markets to be channeled to the Cluster and Segment Leads.Responsible for the ZBEDGE Technology Data Solution (ZBEDGE) portfolio and its marketing implementation in alignment with the Cluster and Segment Leads.How You Create ImpactServe as the local marketing lead responsible for execution of ZB global Robotic Technology roadmapCommunicate strategy and value proposition for internal and external stakeholdersBuild and maintain relationship with EMEA Marketing, value creation leaders to execute ZBEDGE NPI strategyGain deep market insight and understanding within the value creation field; identify customer insights and market trends including relationships with customers and influencers that enhance delivery of solutions strategy; market researchClosely collaborate with all of ZB internal resourcesBuilt and execute an integrated ZBEDGE commercial execution by integrating and shaping ZBEDGE value proposition into overall ZB Device portfolio.Train country marketing and commercial function and defined sales roles on ZBEDGE offering and Go to Market model.Translate key stakeholder insights into strategies that meet customer need and feed into product development team, EMEA marketing functions.Execute Commercial ZBEDGE Strategy within clusterManage congress presence symposiums, ensure integration into corporate touch points, i.e. PR, trade shows, etc.Maintain close customer contact, support commercial customer events, support / deliver ZBEDGE commercial in account acquisition and discovery days.Utilize and tailor marketing materials and customer presentations for local marketMaintain detailed knowledge of Medical Devices products, competitive products and have in-depth understanding of the ZB's service offering and market dynamics within digital space in the marketSupport of product users through workshops and intra-operative assistanceWhat Will Make You Stand OutUniversity degree in business studies, health economics, medical technology or engineering specialization is a plusLanguage of main country of responsibility and fluent English verbal and writtenWhat Will Make You SuccessfulExperience within digital product offering, orthopedic industry and / or sur knowledge is a plus.Proven track record of working effectively within local, virtual, multi-cultural, and regional teamsStrong project management orientation with the ability to plan, prioritize and manage complex list of projects to completionHands-on and can-do mentality, enjoys working in a team, but can also work autonomously and remotely as an individualProactive problem-solving ability, ability to develop and implement creative and comprehensive solutionsAbility to listen, capture key insights from the customers and internal stakeholders and influence and lead effectively and remain focused on key tasks in a multidimensional organizationCollaboration teaming - forms contributes to high-performing teams, drives positive collaboration across functional boundaries without line authoritySolution creation - able to break-down and articulate complex issues (whether product or process related) for different target audiences.
