DUTIES ON DECK
* CRM Expert: You'll create engaging marketing copy for our own push media, including the app, email and other messaging platforms.
* Social Media Rockstar: You'll grow and elevate our channels (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook) in close collaboration with the content team.
* Trend Scout: You'll track down the latest trends in social media and the travel/lifestyle world, bringing in creative ideas that will excite our target audience.
* Community Manager: You'll interact with our community, connect with other accounts, and manage creator collaborations with the marketing team.
* Data Guru: You'll analyze your channel's performance and figure out what's working and where things can be improved.
* Team Player: You'll work closely with the other departments like Content and Growth Marketing to increase the Italian market performance.
YOUR TREASURE OF EXPERIENCE
* Initial professional experience in CRM and Social Media.
* You can get content to the point quickly and precisely.
* You work independently and bring a high degree of flexibility.
* Confident demeanor, enjoyment of teamwork, and strong communication skills.
* Pronounced hands-on mentality and very good self-organization.
* Excellent Italian language skills (native speaker level) and very good English language skills are required.
* You're a passionate explorer and feel at home in the tourism industry.
