Sales Director for Energy Storage Solutions
We are seeking a results-driven Sales Specialist to drive sales growth by identifying opportunities, managing customer relationships, and delivering tailored energy storage solutions.
This role requires a deep understanding of energy storage technology, market trends, and customer needs, along with exceptional communication and negotiation skills. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve business objectives in the energy storage market.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives in the energy storage market.
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including utility-scale projects, commercial & industrial (C&I) applications, and microgrid solutions.
* Meet or exceed sales targets through proactive client engagement and effective pipeline management.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders.
* Understand customer needs and present tailored solutions that align with their technical and financial goals.
* Stay up-to-date on energy storage technology, market trends, and regulatory developments to effectively position the company's products.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Renewable Energy, or a related field.
* 3–5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the energy storage, renewable energy, or power systems sectors.
* Strong understanding of energy storage technology, including lithium-ion batteries, inverters, and power conversion systems.
* Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles and negotiate high-value contracts.
* Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Skills:
* Technical knowledge of grid-scale and behind-the-meter energy storage applications.
* Experience in renewable energy project financing or sales.
* Familiarity with energy policies, grid interconnection standards, and market regulations.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills.
* Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
