We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to fill the position of Customer Service Intern.
About the Position
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, processing orders, and maintaining accurate records. They will also handle customer complaints, process returns, and maintain customer data.
Responsibilities
* Process orders, including order completion, release of part deliveries, and open order monitoring.
* Handle customer complaints regarding product faults, delivery errors, transport damages, or losses.
* Process returns and credit notes.
* Maintain, update, and refine all customer data.
* Perform order and data entry tasks.
Requirements
* University degree in sales or business administration.
* Experience in customer service or sales support.
* Knowledge of import export documentations.
* Fluent level in English and Italian required, any other language is a plus.
* Hands-on mentality and ability to convince others.
* Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
* Team player with intercultural sensitivity.
* Proficiency in MS Office suite: Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
* Knowledge of AS400 is a plus.
