Delegate and oversee daily tasks, ensuring food and service standards are consistently met
Handle customer feedback promptly, escalating issues to senior management when needed
Support initiatives to optimize operations and enhance the guest experience
Monitor and control costs while maintaining high standards and guest satisfaction
Lead daily briefings, conduct training sessions, and provide regular feedback to develop and motivate the team
