ResponsibilitiesBased on AIKO's overall business strategy, participate inmarket planning and executionfor theItaly distributed PV market, and be responsible for regional product and solution promotion.Work closely withSales / Key Account Managersto identify customer needs and pain points (e.G. installers, EPCs, distributors, C&I end customers), and provide timely feedback to the product and HQ technical teams.Be responsible for thedevelopment and maintenance of technical relationshipswith regional customers and partners, acting as a trusted technical advisor.Conductregular customer visitsacross Italy to support product promotion, solution explanation, and pre-/post-sales technical support.Supportsolution design and technical proposals, including system configuration, product selection, and application scenarios for distributed PV projects.Prepare and delivertechnical presentations, training sessions, and marketing materials, and support roadshows, distributor events, and customer workshops.Coordinate with internal teams and external technical resources to ensuresolution feasibility, competitiveness, and successful project implementation .RequirementsBachelor's degree or above in Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field.Minimum3+ years of experiencein photovoltaic product marketing, technical sales, system design, or distributed PV project support.Experience indistributed PV (C&I, rooftop, small-scale ground-mounted)is strongly preferred, Candidates with aPV module / inverter / energy storage manufacturer backgroundare a plus.Fluent inItalian,Working proficiency inEnglishis required.Strong communication and presentation skills, Good learning ability and customer-oriented mindset.Willingness to travel frequently withinItaly and Southern Europe .
