Amazon Australia is growing rapidly and is seeking to hire a Key Account Manager to help existing Selling Partners succeed on Amazon and grow their businesses. The role involves account management, strategic guidance, and collaboration across cross‑functional teams.
Key responsibilities
- Build and nurture relationships with strategic Selling Partners.
- Guide partners through product selection, delivery programs, and marketing initiatives.
- Analyze market trends and partner feedback to enhance Amazon's services and tools.
- Develop and implement growth strategies for partner accounts.
- Collaborate across teams to improve processes and systems.
A day in the life
Connect with Selling Partners to understand their needs and help them succeed on Amazon’s platform. Tasks may include consulting on product strategy, analyzing performance metrics, and identifying growth opportunities. Work closely with Product Management and Tech teams to ensure seamless partner experiences.

A collaborative, inclusive team focused on innovation in the Existing Seller space, leveraging diverse backgrounds to better serve partners and customers.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- 5+ years of sales or marketing experience (e‑commerce, retail technology, SaaS) or equivalent experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in cold calling, prospecting, and qualifying companies.
- Experience influencing all levels within an organization, particularly at the executive level.
- Experience exceeding sales targets using a consultative, solutions‑focused approach.
