For One Of Our Clients, a Global Leader In Energy‑efficiency, Electrification, And Industrial Automation Solutions, We Are Looking For a Sales Manager for Italy - Drives/Motion Control Division. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liLeading front‑line sales activities across Italy, engaging directly with OEMs, end users, and partners within the Food Beverage, Packaging, and Material Handling sectors. /li liManaging a portfolio of strategic and mid‑sized customers, identifying business opportunities and fostering long‑term relationships. /li liDefining and implementing sales strategies to achieve and exceed growth targets, while adapting to competitive market dynamics and customer needs. /li liHandling complex negotiations and ensuring successful closure of technical‑commercial offers in close cooperation with Application Engineers and Technical Support. /li liCollaborating with the Italian sales team to support customer engagement and enhance sales results across the country. /li liMonitoring sales performance, pipeline status, and market trends to enable accurate forecasting and proactive planning. /li liWorking cross‑functionally with Marketing, Product Management, and Service to deliver tailored solutions that meet customer requirements. /li liEnsuring consistent CRM use and data accuracy to promote transparency, effective reporting, and ongoing improvements. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liA degree in industrial, electrical, energy engineering or related fields is preferred. /li liProven experience of at least 10 years in B2B sales roles within multinational, medium‑structured organizations, preferably in technical areas related to automation and drives/inverters. /li liDeep knowledge of the Italian market with a focus on the Food Beverage, Packaging, and Material Handling sectors. /li liDemonstrated ability to handle complex commercial negotiations and build strong, long‑lasting relationships with strategic customers. /li liStrong results orientation and ability to achieve ambitious sales targets. /li liExcellent communication, negotiation, and customer management skills. /li liCollaborative mindset with experience working alongside distributed sales teams. /li liMarket and trend analysis capabilities with a proactive approach to identifying new opportunities. /li liKnowledge of main CRM tools and reporting and forecasting processes. /li liExcellent command of Italian and English, both written and spoken. /li /ul h3Location /h3 pSales Manager for Italy Drives Motion Control Division – Ravenna, Emilia‑Romagna, ITALY /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
