Help us actively shape our success story.Your RoleAs Sales Manager Germany, you will take full ownership of our sales activities in the German hospitality market. You will work closely with Product, Marketing, and Leadership and play a key role in shaping our go-to-market strategy across Germany.This is a hands‐on role with high autonomy and direct impact.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn the full sales cycle for the German hospitality market (prospecting → demo → closing)Using Sales Methodology like MEDDIC or BANT methodBuild and manage a strong pipeline of hotels, resorts, and hospitality groupsConduct discovery calls and product demos tailored to customer needsDevelop long‐term relationships with decision‐makers (GM, IT, Operations, Marketing)Work closely with Marketing on campaigns, events, and partnershipsProvide structured feedback from the market to Product & LeadershipRepresent Guestnet at industry events, trade fairs, and partner meetingsIdentification and research of target accounts (hotels, resorts, hospitality groups)Execution of multi‐channel outbound campaigns (email, phone, Linked In, events)Qualification of inbound leads and scheduling of discovery calls and product demosMaintenan
