UlliUnique opportunity to join the company in very exciting phase of business growth /liliOpportunity to improve the quality of life for people worldwide by providing them simple and innovative solutions that improve their health /liliExtensive motivation program /liliDynamic work environment /liliCareer development opportunities, professional as well as personal growth /li /ulpbYour main responsibilities will be: /b /pulliDeveloping and executing strategic and commercial plans across all assigned accounts in the assigned territories for the assigned product portfolio in order to protect and maximise commercial opportunities /liliManaging commercial negotiations and contracts in collaboration with the headquarters team. /liliExecuting the strategy in the assigned accounts by engaging external stakeholders effectively and in compliance with the Farmindustria code /liliMapping and identifying strategic new Key Accounts for existing and new products in the portfolio. /liliCarrying out all activities in accordance with company policies and guidelines and with applicable legislation for the pharmaceutical sector (Pharmaceutical Industry Code of Good Practice – Farmaindustria). /liliActing to increase global awareness of the Grindeks Kalceks brands and the company within the selected accounts. /liliMonitoring the performance and activities of competitors to safeguard and further promote GKI position in the market. /liliMaintaining accurate and timely documentation of its activities by reporting in the CRM tool. /li /ulpbWe expect you to have: /b /pulliUniversity degree or professional training in a relevant field (e.g. medicine, natural sciences, pharmacy, business administration/economics) /liliPreferebly 10-15 years seniority in the field of generics products in the retail sales channel /liliAbility to build long-term customer relationships and good network with wholesalers /pharmacies purchasing groups in (best working with GX products) /liliExcellent learning skills and desire to join a dynamic and fast growing company /liliProven track record of successful sales /liliExperience in the daily use of MS Office, as well as knowledge in the use of CRM systems /liliAbility to multitask between numerous websites and application /li /ulp_________________________________________________________________________________________________________ /ppWe offer exciting and very significant work in which your contribution will improve people’s health and quality of life around the world.
