Description By applying for this position, you will have the opportunity to join a leading legal intelligence platform that is transforming how law is accessed and understood. This company provides professionals with cutting-edge tools to advise and defend their clients more effectively, serving over a million users monthly. They are looking for an Account Manager to drive their growth in the Italian market from their Milan hub. Your role will be to combine commercial excellence with Customer Success expertise to maximize portfolio value and secure lasting partnerships. Your missions : Ensure the onboarding and training of new customers on the platform to guarantee an optimal user experience. Generate additional ARR and drive growth by addressing new client needs and strategically expanding accounts. Build strong relationships as the main point of contact for your clients, understanding their business concerns and anticipating their needs. Prevent and minimize churn by analyzing usage data and making strategic recommendations to ensure optimal adoption. Collect and share client insights with internal technical and product teams to drive continuous improvement. Represent the company by encouraging client participation in case studies, testimonials, and professional events. Exigences What about you? You hold a Master’s degree from a Business School or equivalent. You have at least 2 years of experience in sales, customer success, or account management, ideally in the B2B SaaS sector. You love to sell and convince; you are persistent and have a strong commercial instinct for consultative selling. You have excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts simply and a high comfort level with phone outreach. You are autonomous, curious, and a quick learner, able to thrive in a dynamic scale-up environment. You are a native Italian speaker and proficient in either English or French.
