This is a field based role open to candidates based anywhere in Europe, ideally closer to an airport as there will be travel within Europe. /ph3Areas Of Responsibilities /h3ulliDevelop and execute our EMEA strategy for PDC, PPC and Chains to achieve profitable growth /liliWork with all regions to integrate their objectives, product requirements, as well as go-to-market strategy /liliProvide guidance and leadership to the sales partners in the markets to ensure effective execution of the strategy /liliOwn the shadow PL of our PPC and PDC business /liliConnect with representatives of our platforms to develop a unified vision /liliCollaborate with the product development team to define and prioritize product features and enhancements based on market feedback and customer needs /liliCoordinate with Marketing team to develop plans and support execution of campaigns /liliStay up to date with industry trends, regulations, and competitive landscape to inform business unit strategy and decision-making /liliAnalyze market data and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities and areas for improvement in our product and service offerings /liliPrepare and present regular reports to senior management on business unit performance, including key metrics, KPIs, and financial results /li /ulh3Your Profile /h3ulliBachelor’s Degree in Business, Life Sciences, Marketing or related; MBA or advanced degree is a plus /lili7+ years of progressive experience in business development, strategic marketing, or commercial leadership roles within medical device, healthcare or personal care environment /liliProven experience managing professional and retail / chain channels across EMEA.
