You will work closely with senior chefs to deliver exceptional dishes that uphold the standards of the Xara brand.Key Responsibilities:Manage and execute daily preparations for your assigned kitchen sectionMaintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygieneWork efficiently to support large-scale functions and high-volume serviceCollaborate with the Sous Chef and Executive Chef to develop event menusTrain and guide Commis Chefs and junior team membersEnsure compliance with HACCP and food safety regulationsRequirements:Previous experience as Chef de Partie in a professional kitchen, preferably in catering or banquetingCulinary qualification or equivalent professional trainingStrong organizational and time-management skillsAbility to work calmly under pressure and handle high volumesExcellent teamwork and communication skillsFlexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
