What You’ll Do
Design and implement complex server-side applications
Define coding standards and guide technical decisions
Lead projects through the full SDLC and optimize performance
Mentor teammates and facilitate code reviews
What We’re Looking For
5+ years of back-end development experience (Java 11/17)
Advanced expertise in Spring Boot, microservices, and databases (SQL/NoSQL)
Strong knowledge of API security (OAuth, JWT), CI/CD, and testing (TDD/BDD)
Excellent leadership, communication, and teamwork skills
