Role Overview
ABB Motion, a global leader in motors and drives, is seeking a results-oriented Product Manager to oversee digital offerings across their lifecycle, focusing on customer-centric solutions and long-term growth. This role is open globally, with preferred locations in India (Bangalore) or Europe (Prague, Helsinki, Sesto San Giovanni, Warsaw, Krakow, Madrid, Barcelona, Warrington). The work model is hybrid.
Key Responsibilities
* Define and lead the product vision and roadmap for digital offerings in Motors and Rotating Equipment.
* Analyze customer needs, market trends, and competitor positioning to identify innovation opportunities.
* Coordinate with global and local teams in sales, marketing, finance, and supply chain.
* Manage product development from concept to launch, track performance, and drive improvements.
* Lead product launch planning and market communication strategies.
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s or higher degree in relevant fields.
* 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager, preferably in related industries.
* Strong knowledge of electrical motors, IoT, and digital solutions.
* Experience in product lifecycle management, data analytics, and cloud platforms.
* Proven leadership in cross-functional teams and excellent communication skills.
