Update the local organization on product dynamics taking care of the alignment among functions and Lenze Selection’s global business strategy. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 pPromote Lenze Selection products through Direct Sales, Agents and Distribution, ensuring sales, profitability and customers satisfaction /p pBoost relationships with existing clients and develop potential clients to expand market share /p pRecognize products’ evolution at global level, share info with local sales network and transform local demand into solutions /p pShare with local sales tea, and Lenze Selection network significant and success applications /p pIn collaboration with Marketing Dept., share and verify technical and commercial information and support marketing activities for Italian market /p pResponsible for defining and checking Target and Forecast for the referred competence area, monitor systematically KPIs and recommend improving actions /p pResponsible for ensuring quality and timeliness of data entered in CRM /p h3Qualifications /h3 pBachelor's degree or equivalent 3+ years of experience in Mechanical Engineering /p pAt least about 3 years’ experience in Sales inside technical area or as Area Manager, preferably in Multinational Companies active in mechanical business /p pStrong Technical skills in drive components for machines and installations (brakes, clutches, couplings, torque limiters, geared motors, gearboxes) /p pSales knowledge, negotiation techniques and customer orientation /p pStrong communication, interpersonal skills and entrepreneurial spirit /p h3Focused and goal-oriented /h3 pLenze is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
