* We’re growing fast and expanding across Europe. To support this growth, we’re seeking two motivated Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) who meet one of the following language profiles and have a basic knowledge of Italian.
* Full professional proficiency in German; fluent in English
* Full professional proficiency in Spanish; fluent in English
* Full professional proficiency in English
What you will do
As an SDR at LetzFair, your mission will be to open new doors and generate qualified leads across the European market.
* Identify and qualify potential B2B leads in the events and MICE sectors;
* Reach out to prospects via email, LinkedIn, CRM tools, and phone to communicate the value of our solution;
* Schedule and conduct discovery calls and product demos;
* Draft and send commercial proposals;
* Work closely with the CEO and sales team to define goals, refine messaging, and optimize processes;
* Collaborate cross-functionally to provide feedback from the field.
What we're looking for
* Full professional proficiency in German or Spanish, currently residing in Italy, with excellent spoken and written English; or candidates with Full professional proficiency in English.
* 1+ year of experience in Sales / SDR / Business Development;
* Familiarity with CRM tools such as HubSpot, Apollo, or similar;
* Interest in SaaS, technology, events, and innovation;
* A collaborative mindset: daily interaction with the CEO and sales team to align strategy;
* Motivation, initiative, creativity, and critical thinking;
* Problem solving;
* Comfortable in a startup environment, adaptable and quick to pick up new tools/processes;
* Available to work full-time, Monday to Friday (40 hours per week, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM).

* Compensation: 24.000€ - 35.000€ + OTE (on target earnings)
