CONTEXT
The Product Manager will be part of a dynamic, ambitious, and people-centric environment within the Consumer Healthcare Marketing Department in Florence.
He/she will report to the Category Manager and be responsible for assigned brands in terms of performance and development.
MAIN ACTIVITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
We are looking for an enthusiastic and passionate Product Manager to add value by:
* Supporting brand vision and strategy definition
* Collaborating on Brand Innovation Roadmap and Architecture
* Developing and deploying marketing plans (ATL & BTL)
* Tracking and analyzing sell-out performance (database queries, KPI analysis, internal reports)
* Managing projects with briefs to external partners and collaborating internally (other offices, external field force)
* Conducting market research analysis
* Forecasting and financial brand management
* Public speaking
* Expected travel up to 30%
JOB REQUIREMENTS
* Economic or Marketing Master Degree or comparable qualification
* At least 2 years of experience in a marketing office within a multinational company (OTC Pharma or FMCG industry)
* Knowledge of IQVIA Database, Office Suite (Excel and PowerPoint)
* English proficiency (at least B2 - Upper Intermediate)
* Availability for business trips
