For us diversity is a real value, and we encourage in connecting different perspectives with respect. /p pDiscover more about our culture and approach here: /p h3bJob Description Summary: /b /h3 pThe role focus will be to further increase Vector Renewables presence in the Italian and UK markets by selling the Company’s main services and namely: /p ul liTechnical and Commercial Asset Management /li liDigital Asset Management Platform “NUO” /li liTechnical Advisory and Engineering Construction /li /ul pThe selected candidate will be part of the international sales team, will report directly to the company’s Commercial Director and work to support the senior management of the business line in Italy and UK. /p h3bJob Description: /b /h3 pbMain Responsibilities: /b /p ul liLead, where needed with the support of the Country Managers for Italy and UK, in the origination of commercial opportunities to hit, and possibly exceed, Vector Renewables sales targets in these two countries. /li liIncrease Vector Renewables network in Italy and UK identifying new prospects. /li liProactively organize and be involved in meetings/calls with clients or prospects. /li liUpdate the commercial interactions of the team in the company CRM. /li liLead in the preparation of commercial proposals with the support of the various business lines and ensuring that proposals are issued in accordance with the company’s procedures and standards. /li liMaintain an updated log of the commercial proposals issued to clients by using the company CRM and report on it monthly during the Company’s commercial meetings. /li liReport to senior management on sales in Italy/UK and on Italian/UK market news. /li liWork closely with the international sales team to ensure that the Company’s geographic footprint is fully exploited. /li liSupport both Italy and UK Country Managers in setting up new services also leveraging the network available in other Vector countries. /li liSupport both Italy and UK Country Manager in organizing events and webinar to promote Vector Renewables services and brand in the industry. /li liManage the process to respond to public tenders for the performance of asset management or technical advisory services. /li liCollect feedback and price benchmarks on rejected proposals and report to senior management to improve service quality and pricing strategy. /li liEngage with the marketing team and the various business lines to create online marketing contents and to strengthen Vector Renewables brand in accordance with the company targets, /li liEach semester, support Country Managers for Italy and UK in the collection of the company’s Net Promoter Score. /li /ul pbDesired Requirements /b /p ul liThe selected candidate will be a self-started, fast learning with strong interpersonal skills and a “can do attitude”. /li liShe/he will need to be a team player, having to interact with different members of the international commercial team as well as having to balance out sales objectives with business lines workload. /li liEngineering background or previous experience in the renewable energy sector are recommended for the role. /li liExisting network in the Italian renewable energy market /li liPrevious sales or Business Development experience would be a plus /li liA minimum of 3 years working experience /li liOptimal level of Italian and English (both written and spoken) /li /ul pbLocation: /b /p pMilano - Martesana /p pbTime Type: /b /p pFull time /p pbWorker Subtype: /b /p pRegular /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
