This position aims to strengthen the growth of the bEngineering Business Unit /b by achieving assigned targets, managing the sales process, coordinating with internal cross-functional teams, and handling selected customers in line with commercial and distribution policies and guidelines. /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliSupport leadership in deploying the go-to-market strategy, providing commercial insights for assigned clients to drive business growth and process harmonization. /liliResponsible for the performance of the assigned portfolio, with a strong focus on developing new customers in the assigned territory. /liliIndependently manage sector penetration activities as agreed with leadership, and collaborate with other sales team members for complex negotiations. /liliBuild and maintain effective, long-term partnerships with existing accounts, establishing strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers to strengthen our competitive advantage. /liliAnalyze and identify market trends and emerging opportunities to leverage Stevanato Group’s value-added solutions. /li /ulh3Qualifications /h3ulliBachelor’s degree or equivalent in Economics, Business or Marketing. /lili5–8 years’ experience in a sales role, ideally in the machinery and equipment market. /liliProven track record of gaining and maintaining lasting customer relationships. /liliExcellent communication and interpersonal skills. /liliStrong analytical and reporting skills, proficiency in Microsoft Excel. /liliStrong sense of accountability and commitment. /liliSelf-motivated and energetic with a results-focused approach to achieving daily goals/activities. /liliFull proficiency in Italian and English; a third language is a plus. /li /ulpType of contract and salary will be based on experience. /ppLocation: Piombino Dese (PD) /ph3About Us /h3pWe are a dynamic organization with great customers and a culture where people are valued and empowered to deliver amazing results.
