Brand Manager

What you will do
You will be responsible for developing brand strategies, to fit the Italian market context, enhancing brand visibility, consumer engagement, and sales performance. You will work in close collaboration with Sales, Market Product Lines, and HQ Brand Teams to ensure consistency and effectiveness across all touchpoints.
This role requires a deep understanding of the Italian market landscape, strong execution capabilities, a performance-driven and insights & analytics mindset.
* Adapt and execute brand strategies and campaigns for the Italian market, ensuring alignment with business priorities and market specifics.
* Oversees the 360° consumer purchase experience, from digital to in-store, including promotional activities and post-sales activities
* Develops a consistent and coherent approach in all customer touchpoints.
* Develops annual activation roadmap and marketing introduction process and plans
* Activate new products value propositions and being in daily collaboration with Market Product Lines to define product naming & architecture, messages, user experience and wider consumer engagement plans
* Responsible for the execution of the go-to-market activation strategy and execution.
* Support the commercial organization by developing compelling value propositions and promotional materials.
* Contribute to the definition and implementation of the go-to-market strategy for product launches and NPIs
* Drive customer acquisition, retention and growth through digital marketing, CRM and a seamless customer experience online.
* Develop customer understanding through customer data, contributing to the overall analysis of the consumer path to purchase.
* Lead the development of creative concepts and develop brand communication campaigns.
* Stay current on market trends and competitive activity.
* Establish and maintain brand budget.
What you need to succeed
Must have
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication or related field
Professional Experience:
- 3+ years of experience in brand or marketing roles, ideally in consumer electronics, or retail sectors
- Proven experience in developing and executing local marketing campaigns and activations
- Strong understanding of the Italian media and retail landscape
- Experience in digital marketing, consumer journey, CRM
Soft skills:
- Excellent communication, planning, and project management skills
- Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and performance orientation
- Proactive and collaborative attitude, with the ability to lead cross-functional activities
- Ability to work effectively in a matrix and international environment
Languages: Fluent in English and Italian
