Department: E-Commerce ChannelLocation: IT, ITHi We are the Lavazza HR Talent Acquisition Team and we're looking for a Global E-Commerce & Shopper Marketing Intern.As an intern, you will assist our Commercial HQ team in various activities related to the B2C and online retail world, with a focus on major channels such as Amazon, e-retailers, digital metrics analytics, and the shopper/consumer online journey.The ideal candidate should have a passion for the digital environment, a strong understanding of online purchasing behaviour, and a willingness to learn by actively engaging in tasks.
Assets maintenance: DAM repository organization, tracking and feedingDigital insights: managing relationships between external providersand countries, supporting the creation and distribution of templates and new scorecardsEcommerce insights: managing shopper journey KPIs to improve convertionrate using specific data toolsSupport on all operativity tools and agencies coordinations - develop newslettersYou're available for a 6-month full time internship. Starting date: April 2026You'll be fluent in Italian and English - you'll probably have an international experience?
