You’ll carry out a range of planned preventative maintenance on site equipment to keep it working safely. When breakdowns occur, you’ll investigate, diagnose, and implement solutions as swiftly as possible, while also suggesting long‑term improvements. Working alongside senior colleagues, you’ll undertake day‑to‑day maintenance tasks, liaise with contractors when external expertise is required, and work across a range of shifts to support Amazon’s operations around the clock. /p pstrongAbout the team /strong /p pThe RME team keeps our equipment performing at its best. It’s a technically minded group of excellent team players guided by experienced leaders, collaborating to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair equipment across our global network of fulfillment centres. From installing automated packaging systems to overseeing general site maintenance and repairing key distribution equipment, we handle most aspects of Amazon’s technical side. We focus on reducing downtime so customers receive orders on time, often working early or late hours, including night shifts.
