Polti S.p.A., a leading company in the design and manufacture of steam appliances, is looking for an experienced Amazon EU Sales Manager for the E-Commerce Department at our headquarters in Bulgarograsso (CO), Italy.

Reporting to the E-Commerce Director, the Amazon EU Sales Manager will contribute to defining the company's Amazon strategy in European markets. This senior role requires leadership, commercial acumen and the ability to work in cross-functional teams to maximise sales, profitability and brand positioning.

Key responsibilities

- Propose the commercial strategy for Amazon EU with clear growth and profitability objectives, collaborating with the account, advertising, supply chain and finance teams to ensure alignment with the overall business strategy.
- Negotiate with Amazon stakeholders (Vendor Managers, AVS) to optimise commercial terms, promotions and visibility.
- Conduct advanced performance analysis, monitoring strategic KPIs such as sell-out, market share, advertising ROI, availability, ratings and reviews.
- Manage the promotional budget (SOA) and ensure efficient resource allocation.
- Coordinate with marketing, sales and logistics teams to deliver an integrated and consistent approach.
- Support the development of new markets and categories on Amazon EU, identifying opportunities for expansion and innovation.
- Provide regular reports to top management on performance, market trends and improvement strategies.

Requirements

- Degree in Economics, Marketing or related disciplines; an MBA or master's degree is an advantage.
- 7+ years of experience in e-commerce, with at least 3 years in strategic management of Amazon, ideally at an international level.
- Strong expertise in Amazon Vendor Central and familiarity with analysis and automation tools (Helium 10, Jungle Scout, Amalytix, etc.).
- Advanced skills in digital marketing and advertising on Amazon.
- Proven leadership and negotiation skills.
- Previous experience in managing multicultural teams is welcome.
- Excellent analytical skills and proficiency in tools such as Excel and PowerBI.
- Fluent in English; additional European languages are an advantage.
- Results-oriented, with strong decision-making autonomy and problem-solving skills.
