Job Responsibilities
* Develop and manage retail channels in Italy, establishing and maintaining strong relationships with key retailers and distributors. Report directly to the Country General Manager of Italy.
* Participate in formulating and executing channel sales strategies to achieve sales targets and increase market share across the Italian market.
* Deeply understand retail industry trends and customer needs, providing customized supply chain solutions that drive client success.
* Collaborate closely with internal operations and logistics teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and exceptional customer satisfaction.
* Collect market intelligence and competitor insights, providing regular feedback to support business decisions and product optimization.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree or above, with 2-3 years of channel sales experience in the retail/3C industry; experience working with international brands or supply chain companies is highly preferred.
* Fluency in Italian is required (native or professional working proficiency); English language skills are a strong plus.
* Deep familiarity with the Italian retail market, with established channel resources and professional networks in the 3C industry.
* Excellent negotiation skills, strong business acumen, and a collaborative, team-oriented spirit.
* Willingness to work in a cross-border environment and travel as needed for client meetings and industry events.
