In this role, He/She will support the Merchandising team across strategic and operational activities, from competitive benchmarking to sales analysis, ensuring smooth processes before, during and after the sales campaign. He/She will play a key part in maintaining accurate databases, preparing business materials for management, and contributing to the evolution of our product strategy. /ppbr/ppbKey Responsibilities /b /pp• Support the Merchandising team with quantitative and qualitative analysis. /pp• Develop presentations for management and ad-hoc business reviews. /pp• Build and maintain sell-in and sell-out databases, ensuring accuracy and recurring updates. /pp• Contribute to benchmark analyses to assess competitive positioning and inform product strategy. /pp• Analyze performance using internal reporting systems. /pp• Support Merchandisers during the Sales Campaign (style recaps, line sheets, product descriptions, PLM updates, technical materials). /pp• Assist in developing and updating Training Manuals. /ppbr/ppbSkills Qualifications /b /pp• Degree in Economics. /pp• Previous experience in luxury fashion is highly preferred. /pp• Fluent in Italian and English. /pp• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel PowerPoint. /pp• Familiarity with BI tools (Power BI) is a strong plus. /pp• Strong analytical, organizational and communication skills /pp• Ability to work confidently with large and complex datasets. /pp• Comfortable working under pressure in a fast-paced environment /pp• High level of accuracy, responsibility and attention to detail. /pp• Positive, proactive mindset and eagerness to learn and grow within the role. /ppbr/ppLocation: Milano (MI) /ppType: Full Time /ppbr/ppIn bTOM FORD /b you will have the opportunity to work in a company in the Luxury sector with an international reach, you will find a collaborative work environment aimed at continuous improvement in which the attitude towards teamwork takes on a central role.
